Northern Keta Alaskan Picnic

1 backpack
1 insulated lunch bag
1 checkered tablecloth
1 bottle of dry white wine
2 wine glasses
2 small knives and spoons
1 wine opener
2 pairs of hiking boots
1 good friend
8 ounce jar fresh Northern Keta Wild Alaskan Salmon Caviar
1 baguette
1 stick of butter
5 tablespoons chopped capers
5 tablespoons chopped onion
Thin slices of cold smoked wild Alaskan salmon

1. Hike up into the alpine area of the mountains or to a glacier.
2. Spread the tablecloth on a flat rock and set out ingredients.
3. Toast to the wild salmon and enjoy.
