Northern Keta is a salmon caviar company located in Juneau, Alaska. Since our company was founded in 1993, we have been proud to process high quality salmon caviar made from roe extracted from wild Pacific salmon that inhabit the pure, clear, cold waters of Southeast Alaska.
The salmon are caught by local fishermen, cleaned as soon as they come aboard and the roe is chilled immediately. Delivery is made to our processing plant as soon as possible. Attention and careful handling is the first step to ensure the freshness and quality of our product.
At the proccessing facility, our team of highly qualified roe technicians process the fresh roe into SALMON CAVIAR, also called IKURA in Japan or KETA KAVIAR in Europe. We ship our product fresh or frozen to customers in Asia, Europe, Canada and the United States.
